- Work as coach since 2005. Prepared many winners of Kazakhstan youth championships.
- In 2011 worked in GrandMaster School (Astana) with GM Darmen Sadvakasov.
- In 2013 worked in Indonesia as coach of national men's and woman’s teams. Best result: Bronze Medal on Asian Games-2013.
- In 201-18 was a head coach of Kazakhstan National Women team.
